Abstract: The nature of this study is descriptive and was aimed at investigating the impact of school climate on students' achievement. School climate indicates three key dimensions of the school i.e. physical, academic and social climate. All the three dimensions in Pakistani school context, in general and Government Boys Secondary Schools in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) in particular were focused. The key objectives of the study were to assess the Schools „physical, social and academic climate in Government High Schools of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, to investigate the impact of school climate on students‟ achievement, to investigate the factors affecting school climate and to recommend remedial measures for improvement of school climate. All Government High Schools (Boys), Principals, Teachers and Students of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa were the population of the study. Six districts were selected out of mentioned population by adopting convenience sampling technique consisting Abbottabad, Charsadda, Kohat, Mardan, Nowshera, and Peshawar. The data were collected through questionnaires which were developed on five points likertscale administered to the principals and teachers. A separate questionnaire having “YES” and “NO” option was structured for sampled students. Total 395 schools as population of the study were selected adopting table of sample specification (krejcie et al 1970). The study was delimited to Government (Boys) Secondary Schools only. Regression test was applied on the collected data that indicated a strong relationship in responses. Key Findings of the study shows that school climate plays an important role in capacity developing of students‟ and enhancing their achievement in academics. It also proved that where the school environment is developed in terms of all the mentioned three areas, the result of the students is quite impressive there, but where the school environment lacks these facilities, the result of the students comes fragile. At the end, some recommendations were made as availability of clean drinking water, proper ventilation system in class rooms, online central monitoring, provision of Continuous Professional Development like Programs for Science Teachers, proper boundary walls and providing security
