Abstract: Introduction to Topic: Developing synonymously spiritual and passionate connection with Prophet (S.A.W) is an integral part in attempting to bring humanity from the darkness of despair to the brightness of Divine protection. International literature and true awareness are required to establish intense affection of Prophet (S.A.W) among human beings and to found a Muslim society based on intimacy with the last prophet (S.A.W), this may result in Prophet (S.A.W) being the most beloved one than whole family, even one’s own self. This is to be believed firmly that Prophet (S.A.W) is blessing for mankind and the most authentic source of intelligence. Faith in Prophet (S.A.W) the foundation of Islam, and the principal objective, because this was the only affection with Prophet ((S.A.W) that conjoined Non-Arabs in the relation of Islam. The apparent beauty is an influencing reason of feeling for a loving person, because something a misjudged aspect can also lead to firm intimacy. Since hearts has specific connection with parts of body, moderate mental condition is associated with feelings, thus nature, manners and courtesy become obvious due to physical attractiveness, charisma and enchantment. “Shamail” is the true reflection of charismatic personality of Prophet (S.A.W). The image of Prophet’s face, height, figure and gait that has been narrated to us for centuries leads our imagination to the personality blessed with intelligence, bravery, patience, honesty ,humanity, generosity, dutifulness, influence and fecundity. Not only is prophet hood revealed from the personality of Prophet (S.A.W), but his personality itself is an evidence of his sacred position. Objective of Topic: Man has portrayed his religious saints and leaders since the era of Prophet Noh (A.S), in order to substantiate them to forth-coming generation and to keep affection with them. The caves of Ajanta in Aurangabad, Hindustan are famous for carved sculptors throughout the world. Followers of Buddhism have carved sculptors of Gotham Bodh reflecting his life and events since pre-Christianity era. These sculptors of Gotham Bodh are vivid and realistic. This is the point where affection merges with idolatry. The finality of prophet ~ xvi ~ hood and the completion of Shariah have eliminated the possibilities of idolizing prophets and saints, and protected the believers. On the contrary, Prophet’s companions have followed Prophet (S.A.W) in every walk of life, be that the activities from morning to night, social or religious events, war and peace, including men and women, young and old etc. The companions of Prophet (S.A.W) have observed every minutes details, even the fluttering of eyes, wrinkle on forehead, movement of fingers, his personal distinction and what not, just to help coming-followers to imagine and identity their Prophet (S.A.W) ,to help them witness Prophet (S.A.W) with their own eyes, spend time in Prophet’s gathering etc. No such true reflection of personality has ever been compiled by the vast literature of religious and con temporary compositions or by historical studies. Shumail-e-Nabawiya” is a source of knowing the personality of Prophet (S.A.W), his way of living, likings and dis likings, food and drinks, and everything related to personal, apparent and contemporary part of prophet’s life. Everything has been described and explained in an explicit way that the believers may witness and believe that these qualities and characteristics can only be possessed by none other than Prophet (S.A.W) ,and this is because Allah(S.W.T) has bestowed the best qualities of physical and spiritual character to his Prophet (S.A.W). Objective of Research: There were some specific companions who have narrated the characteristics of Prophet (S.A.W) .Their only hobby was to observe the personality and character of Prophet (S.A.W) and narrate to others. Hazrat Ali (R.A) would narrate the characteristics of Prophet (S.A.W). Hind bin Abi Hala was named “Wassaf –an –Hulya-e-Rasool Allah (S.A.W), meaning one who narrates the character and personality of Prophet (S.A.W). His narration about Prophet’s character and personality is explicit. Character –descriptive was not a continuous process, in fact the compilation of Hadith and Seerat lead to the description of Prophet’s character and personality. Books on Hadith and Seerat are the source of compiling characteristics. All the initial work on Hadith and Seerat contained little description of characteristics. The research works of Motta Imam Malik and Waqidi contain little description of characteristics. Ibn-e- Hisham has only discussed “sign of prophet hood” in his seerat. The characteristics were described under different ~ xvii ~ titles in the book of Ahadith in the initial period of Seerat-e- Nabawi, i.e. in the tale of 1st Hijri century and the initial 2nd Hijri century. Tabqaat Ibn –e- Saad was a good addition in Seerat simultaneously. In the same time, Imam Abu Esa Muhammad bin Esa Tirmizi (279 Hijri) revived the compilation of Ahadith on characteristics, while nobody had ever thought of compiling a book on characteristics. Kitab –ush – Shumail because well-known and was made the influence factor s for Mohaddiseen to adopt and continue the same practice of compiling Ahadith on characteristics in the form of books and their guides. The essay in the first attempt to compile characteristics of Prophet’s personality historically and ideologically, connection between different are and detailed study of other related areas. The overall study on creative, critical and logical factors of Prophet’s characteristics has been penned down here in this essay.
