Abstract

Judiciary laws of a nation serves as backbone for the society. If the law of a country is perfectly framed, its execution would be easy for the courts. That is why now a days codification are made all kinds of the Existing laws. The purpose of this research work is to bring forth the laws related to Mortgage, Hunting, Irrigation and Dead Lands in Islamic Jurisprudence , in a perceptible way, and to explain those Articles and Sections which is in practices in Pakistani courts in Mortgage laws, Hunting Laws, Irrigation Laws and in Dead lands Laws, Such as The Transfer of Property Act 1882 , Contract Act 1872,KPK Wildlife Act 2015,The Canal and Drainage Act 1873,The Sindh Irrigation Act 1879 and Limitation Act 1908 and to compare Islamic law of Mortgage, Hunting, Irrigation and Dead lands to the Existing law of Pakistan, to show the similarities and contrasts between both Islamic and Existing laws.
