Abstract: Foreign Aid Agencies is an important determinant of economic growth in the developing world and especially country like Pakistan, where educational development needs could not be financed by the government due to limited domestic resources. Foreign aid agencies supplements domestic resources of finance. The study is an attempt to reveal a link between foreign aid agencies role and improvement in educational projects as well as this research also examined the role of foreign aid agencies in the improvement of living style through education in rural area of Sindh. It is the need of the hour to investigate the impact of Foreign Aid Agencies on education and living style improvement. For this purpose a detail study have been conducted. To analyze the data, different tools are employed. To investigate the hypothesis, t test has utilized to test. The first objective of the study is to find out the roles of Foreign Aid Agencies in the improvement of education in rural area of Sindh, the outcome of the study suggested that there is a positive relationship exist between them and it can be concluded as foreign aid agencies have a significant role in improvement of education. Second objective of the study is to find out the role of Foreign Aid Agencies in changing the living style of rural area of Sindh and bring an outcome that there is a role of foreign aid agencies found in changing living style in rural area of Sindh. Another target of the study is to know the role of Foreign Aid Agencies on development of parents of the beneficiary students, as a result of analysis study revealed that there is no relationship found between them. It can be concluded as there is no role of Foreign Aid Agencies found in the development of parents. This study also tried to assess the role of Foreign Aid Agencies on iv teacher’s development and got the finding that there is a positive association exist between them. This outcome is reflecting that Foreign Aid Agencies have play a major role in teachers’ development. Furthermore, this study also have an objective to investigate the role of Foreign Aid Agencies on beneficiary students development and found that there is a positive relationship exist between them. this study also have an interest to know the impact of the role of foreign aid agencies on living style through education and came with the finding that there is an impact of foreign aid agencies role found on living style through education.
