dc.description.abstractIslam has not left human being free hand to fulfil his or her sexual desires, nor his or her natural requirements been ignored, rather it has developed a comprehensive system for achieving aspirations & sexual gratification. For this purpose institution of marriage has been established strengthen this institution a comprehensive code is suggested for better future of humanity. Sometimes after marriage, social problems remain unresolved and in some families it is difficult to remain an ideal situation, rather some socho leagal problems arise and lead to legal strife. In this regard, the views and approaches of contemporary Shi’a Mujtahideen for the solution of jurisprudencial and social problems are noteworthy and significant. The study of the views of Shi’a Mujtahideen and approaches shows that the solutions suggested by Mujtahideen have been greatly helpful in solving modern marital problems. Therefore, in the thesis under consideration, it is included to contemporary issues related to the marriage and divorce have been considered to analyze social & legal aspects of family system in the light of the approaches of Shia Mujtahideen.en_US
